Beautiful Morning Walk

This was some of the most beautiful scenery with seals and giant waves crashing on the rocks. Early morning was a very peaceful time to enjoy this walk.

The Oceanview Boulevard at Pacific Grove is a charming and delightful stretch of coastline for a peaceful and scenic stroll- with picturesque views. You can walk from Lovers' Point to Cannery Row, and take in the fresh sea air, as well as admire the view of the sea to one side and the variety of interesting homes on the land... More

Vivid colors, some interesting little houses still remain on the boulevard -- I suggest you see them now before the city planners put in a huge expensive hotel near the aquarium.

Very serene and lovely to walk along the Oceanview blvd. Lots of people walk around with their dogs and kids play in the area too. It's friendly for families and romantic enough for couples.

We decided to go for a long walk on Ocean View Drive. There are historic homes and apartments all along the drive. There are murals painted on the cement enclosures surrounding the walkway. They were painted in 1998. Views are everywhere...360 degrees of ocean beauty. Check it out. It's free!

Walking along this seaside is a treat - it is why we moved here years ago Paths exist along most of the waterfront and there is good shrubbery to give contrast

Pacific Grove, CA, is one of the most beautiful cities n the Pacific coast. A mostly undiscovered spot, it is rife with breath taking views of the coast. It is also a stopping off point for the Monarch butterflies.

The rich folks in Pebble Beach will make you pay to see almost the same view along 17-Mile Drive -- rocky shores, sandy coves, waves crashing in. But you can walk, bike or drive along Oceanview Boulevard for free AND have the added value of a friendly, welcoming community. You'll even pass a golf-course designed by a famous golfer, and... You can walk from Lover's Point in Pacific Grove to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. The beach runs along the blvd and in the spring the harbor seals and their pups are pulled up on the beach. At other times the harbor seals can be seen swimming from the beach, you might spot a whale spout if you have your binoculars... More

While driving through Monterey, during the Christmas season, I found that the city itself was so crowded and had great difficulty finding a parking spot. While in the area, drove further to see what Pacific Grove had to offer. Wow was I amazed. I have been close to this area many times, but actually located a parking space and my... More
