This is a very well manicured park with a beautiful view of the rocky coastline of Pacific Grove at Monterey bay. You can sit and watch the sea otters playing and eating in the nearby kelp bed. Two very nice beaches are at the foot...More

Beautiful scenic park on the ocean. Wonderful environment to relax after a day of sightseeing. Abundance of sea life - birds, seals etc. We had a picnic on one of the benches under the trees.

This is a magical place, especially when the 'iceplant' is in bloom late Summer/Fall. It carpets the coastline with nearly florescent pinks and yellows as the ocean waves crash on the shoreline. There is a great walking trail, for a calm walk, running, skaters, and...More

Great spot to grab a photo or just sit and chill. Go out to the point for a romantic moment. Great place to watch the sunset. Plenty of parking. Just a short walk from downtown.

One of the best views of the bay! So much going on....great for people and nature watching. Look close for the touching memorials telling stories of past residents. Look high for swarms of birds including the pelican air force. Look close at the water for...More

Just being in the park makes one feel really good. Beautiful. Great place for walking and being near enough to the quant village/downtown and interesting 1920s neighbors.

I went to this beach because of its east facing location for photographing a sunrise and I was not disappointed, it was absolutely perfect! The rocks, sea shells, and sand are beautiful and there were some sea otters fishing as well. Loved it!

One of my favorite beaches in the Monterey Bay area. The park is located right next to a beach that is protected from the wind and a great place to hang out. There is also a public pool nearby and some shops to buy snacks,...More

I do not believe the pool is heated. It is pretty new as they had a campaign to completely re-do it a few years ago. Now it is more of a smaller kids pool than a pool for adults. Has a ramp going down to enter the water.

First come basis as far as I could tell. Only a bike rental area nearby. No other concession area to sign up for them.
