Yesterday I stood among the redwoods -- their color, their aroma, their size, their energy -- and was fed in a deeply spiritual way. Later realized I didn't take one photo because this was to be experienced, not captured. Easy accessed, and some of the...More

Relax and enjoy waliking in the forest and see those giant redwood trees. Recommend to visit there during the Summer time.

Truly a gem of a park with beautiful streams and redwood trees. Hiking here is exceptional. Most trails allow dogs but no bikes. Great hike on a hot day. Enjoy!!!

This park is a hidden gem. Few people visit it. There is all levels of hiking. 75% of the trails are in the Redwoods. As nice as Muir Woods. There is a play area within 1/2 a mile of the Redwood Rd entrance.

walking around the Red Woods was one of the most magical hikes that I have done, I spend a day with my friends and we really have fun, the place itself has something very special to offer.

Went for a long hike here under a nice canopy of redwood and other trees. Trails are well maintained; the trail I took had a fair amount of up and down.

Love taking hikes here, the different shades of green and brown trails through the decomposing foliage. the temperature changes and little creeks that may appear during the rainy season, if you can call it that. love this place.

$10 per person to get into Muir Woods every day. $5 per car to get into Redwood Regional on weekend & Holidays. Muir had bigger and older trees and must be visited if you never have. If you want less crowds: non-summer... More

Yes definitely! It doesn't get very cold in February here, but it may be raining, plan accordingly.
