This is a mountainous aea. There is a fantastic botanical garden. There are areas for different types of plants. Plants are generally well marked. Niice walking paths.

We have enjoyed Tilden Park as a family for decades. Great hiking , great views and a place to be one with East Bay nature. Most places dog friendly.

Always an enjoyable time at Tilden Nature Park. No matter your age or fitness level, there is something to enjoy at TIlden. Lake Anza provides cool swimming and a nice beach. Hiking trails have great views of the bay.

This is a must go place if in the area or even worth crossing a bridge. Great for walking/hiking and even driving around. Much better to get out of the car and walk around.

There's a nice loop around the lake. There is also a nice lodge onsite, and you can schedule meetings there, too.
