Kitchak Cellars, the most interesting wine in Napa

If you could only visit one winery in the Napa Valley, you should make it Kitchak cellars. Kitchak simply represents the best of everything a Napa Valley winery can offer. They are very small and they produce the best tasting wines in Napa in my opinion. Soon you'll understand why. Upon arriving at the estate, we were greeted by the... More

I loved Kitchak Cellars, but it's not for everyone. It's probably not going to be fun for bachelorette parties drinking out of straws shaped like the male anatomy. The wine is relatively expensive, in my opinion, but totally worth it. You can expect to pay circa $100.00 for a bottle. That being said if you are anti- cabernet or merlot... More

We visited Kitchak and although we enjoyed Peter we found the visit to be long and to the point boring. We were led around the property for what seemed to be an eternity, empty glasses in hand, hoping for an end to come soon. The very few minutes Peter entertained us we found it enjoyable but overall the wine was average... More

This was our last winery of the day, and we definitely saved the best for last! From the drive in, to the exquisite car collection, the vineyards, grounds and of course the wine, this experience was over-the-top! Our host Meg, was quite simply, awesome! She took great care of us, and made it a very personalized experience! For us, it... More

Something for everyone!!! Never heard of this place- but once we got there, it was hard to leave! A beautiful Tuscan-like setting! The owner was also a race car driver, so check out his cars!!! The wines- also awesome! Meg should us around and took us through the vineyard as well as the owners personal wine cellar! What a treat!!!... More

We had a tour/tasting here with Kian, the winemaker. I was amazed by everything - the place is absolutely beautiful, it's like being in Italy - there are some collector/race cars that my husband loved - a pretty cool wine collection - and the wines were wonderful! Kian did a great job on the tour as well. We joined their... More

Traveled as a couple to Kitchak Cellars. Our wine tour highly recommended this 2-hour tour. Being beginners, my husband and I were a bit skeptical about spending 2 hours with Mr. Kitchak himself. We had the most informative and intimate tour of the vineyard and winery. Mr. Kitchak answered every question we had with grace and a sense of humor,... More

This was the best experience of our trip! It was selected by our driver tour (PF Tours) and wow! A former race car drive (Peter Kitchak) who decided to "retire" in the wine making business. He and his wife (Patricia) have a lovely home and wine making facility. The wines are top notch and the 1/1 experience with him was... More

Both a wonderfully unique wine and as well tour. Do not miss either. If in Napa it's worth your while to call the winery for an appointment to taste this vintner's wines. Amongst the best we have ever tasted, experienced, and enjoyed.

This was the most amazing experience. Our tour company added this tour and I can't thank them enough. Peter was interesting, personable and informative. The wines were the best we had on the entire week and we had a lot!we joined his wine club and we will be back! Don't muss this!
