Great for downhill skiing, hiking, or just driving along Everett Memorial Highway. Nice friendly people at Mount Shasta Ski Park, patient instructors, great snow. Town of Mount Shasta is nearby, with great restaurants.

Must visit this mountain whether for sporting activity or just a drive. It is simply stunning! Grab some snow shoes or cross country skis and on a sunny day go for a nice glide on their Nordic trail...all fresh trails cut and maintained just for you.

Skiing, alpine and Nordic, lots of snow. Easy access to Mt Shasta Snow Park from the highway. Snowboarding and snow shoeing. Great family fun, reasonable prices for lift tickets.

Impressive view. Very nice place to spend the day or for camping. The sunset is amazing, you can walk until the mountain with no special cloth, very even paths Recommend

Rented mountain bikes, kayaks and did a lot of lake swimming: Siskiyou is really beautiful, easy to park and not too... More

Visit often as we live in Redding. Mt Shasta Ski Park is a treasure with such reasonable rates and perfect for families. They have a variety of runs from one perfect for beginners and others challenging enough for everyone. If you go during a weekday you will most likely have no wait times. The town is fun to wander with... More

We spent the last year living in Northern California, and yeah, it was great that it was always "nice" out--but it was winter and we wanted to see some snow, gosh-darnit!! We drove as high up as we could and tromped around on top of four or five feet of densely-packed snow, my wife alighting on top of it like... More

Slope was lovely very organized and the instructor was fantastic very knowledgeable and helpful. Had a great couple of hours on the slopes. The town is very sleepy, quiet and... More
