Thought it was very interesting and worthwhile to have a statue of the people who worked so hard during the canning processes of years ago.

A beautiful area, and the family enjoyed all the walking and sites to see. The Monument is beautiful.

Many people wandering by and looking at the monument. It reminded us to read Cannery Row. Today Cannery Row is mostly a tourist trap, but close to the Aquarium.

The monument was interesting, but hardly the only reason to visit Cannery Row. The whole area was so interesting. shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Loved it.

I recommend reading Cannery Row by John Steinbeck! This place will take you back to historic times and a lot of free parking around! there's also a free trolley!

Nothing too special. Just a nice landmark to meet people at that's easily recognizable. Just outside of Louie Linguinis.

well worth stopping a moment to reflect on the history of cannery row and the work of local writer - he was birn in Salinas and lived for a time in Pacific Grove.

There's parking in the adjacent streets, metered, as well as a few blocks away for free, the latter also more easily available as it involves a few minutes' walking.
