What a beautiful place. You could spend hours here and never get bored of the views. And even though so many people visit here, it’s so expansive that you can find solitude to take in all the scenery.

Art and shopping abound, but not the attraction for me. I go to see whales, epic northern CA Coast seascapes, birds. And to breath the heavenly sea air. And to sit at Flow with a fine glass of wine while taking in the view. Peace...More

Everyone says go south and we have done but I have to say I think north is better. We spent hours walking the headland absolutely breathtaking. We saw whales and seals and beautiful scenery. Couldn’t get enough of it

It's just gorgeous. You can sprawl on the beach. You can stroll. It's just super low key, easy to access, and stunningly gorgeous.

If you only had 24 hrs in Mendocino and could only do one thing, visiting this park and walking the peninsula, would be it. A postcard awaits every turn and perch.

If you drive all the way to Mendocino you walk a few steps to ward the Headlands. Take pictures and keep on walking until your tired. Stay back from edge!

We had a wonderful hike around the Mendocino Bay. Easy trails, beautiful views. Wild Flowers, waves splashing over craggy rocks into coves, with sandy beaches. We were lucky enough to see an incredible sunset!
