Well, we finish universal studios about two hours before it closed, but then went to Citywalk and stayed till around midnight 😊

We walked into Hard Rock Café on a Saturday around 6 pm and were seated right away, no wait, table for 4. Visited Feb 23rd. Hope this helps!
