I took our of town guest here for a local visit. The park is next to a shopping center so there is plenty of parking. The park is free. The park consist of two houses, an early school and a church that have been relocated from other sites around old El Toro to the property. There was an audio explanation... More

Have been several times, different times and days of week. Nice place to walk through, gather thoughts, meditate. Have been for the Halloween event; very well put together. Victorian Christmas is relaxing and peaceful.

Heritage Hill Historic Park is a gem tucked away in Lake Forest worth visiting. There is an Adobe furnished with authentic period furniture that provides a glimpse into early California living. A short walk leads to a school house depicting early turn of the century education with appropriate furnishings. There are several events held at the park during the year.... More

This park has several buildings, home and a church that were relocated from various locations in the area to thus park. The docents and park put on several programs throughout the year including June Halloween, thanksgiving and Christmas. Have been in the area for over 30 years and always a treat to drop in. Great for young families and grandkids!!!

This little gem is tucked away near a shopping center. If you didn't know it was there you would miss it. I attended a wedding there and it was just beautiful. It is very secluded and feels so different once inside you forget that there is a shopping center right outside but because there is there is ample parking and... More

When you enter its like stepping back in time. This is a well maintained park atmosphere that includes many historical buildings and farming equipment. Each building or piece has a place card that gives relevant information and social application. This park incorporates different levels and offers different views . I was truly surprised such a gem existed in my neighborhood... More
