We visited La Jolla Cove during our stay in San Diego. We went on a sunday and the traffic was really heavy and had to drive around a long time to find a parking spot. The little cove was crowded with people. It was nice...More

Nice walk with beautiful views! Enjoyed seeing the seals and the birds. Many people were snorkeling and kayaking which allowed them to get up close to the seals. It was a nice walk, made a pit stop for an “adult beverage” on the return walk.!

The view is spectacular everywhere and lots of free parking. There are spaces down by the childrens area and spaces available further north. Both areas have walkways to the beach. A great place for pictures bring a telephoto lens for the sea lions.

We loved La Jolla cove for the kayaking, walking the coast and seeing the sea lions and seals and for visiting the city! Beautiful!

What a spectacular beach! Everyone was so friendly and seeing the sea lions and seals was so special. Though I will say it was disappointing to see some tourists ignore the requests posted all over to not get to close to the animals, I guess...More

La Jolla Cove is a great thing to do when you've got time to take a leisurely stroll. The Coast Boulevard is pretty much a wide sidewalk that follows the coastline, that is a flat even surface, and great for everyone. Many benches along the...More

There are seals and sea lions right up close. The coastal walk is beautiful. Bring swim suits for warm days as the water is lovely and there are gold fish, snorkeling and scuba diving right from the shore.

The waves and the seals are worth the trip. Especially on a hot day! It's cool in a storm, too, however!

We kayaked the sea caves at La Jolla beach & loved it. Also, got up close with the sea lions on the cliffs. It was a very relaxed, beautiful beach. Torey Pines is more for the enthusiast for excerise in my opinion but nice... More
