The Vosu-Nommeveski hiking trail is situated in Lahemaa National Park and is 18 km long. It begins at the Vosu camping area and continues through to Nommeveski. You can also cycle along the trail – provided you are willing to push your bike by hand along the more difficult sections! You can stop at the Nommeveski barbecue area, where you can also camp if you wish. At first the trail winds its way along old forest paths before passing through the ancient village of Vohma, where you will come across the Tandemae burial mounds – the last resting place of the prehistoric founders of the area. After another stretch of forest the trail emerges at Joaveski and then continues on to Nommeveski, where there is a canyon and terraces.
