Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The reindeer sleigh ride was fun and the feeding time was enjoyable too as you could get inside the enclosure and interact. The drinks, biscuit and presentation was also really interesting.

Pre booked through Ingram’s. Was picked up from our hotel in Levi with a surprisingly large group of about 30 people. Short transfer to reindeer farm.

Arrived and although the group was larger than I expected it was organised reasonably well by the staff there.

We were the last group out as our reindeer ride was 1 kilometre and most people had booked the 3 kilometre ride. The 1 kilometre ride was plenty long enough to enjoy and marvel at these majestic animals. The sun was setting and we had some fabulous views with a much smaller group. So last out was certainly to our advantage. As the 3 kilometre rides went first.

You get to feed the reindeers which was great fun and I even made some new “friends”.With a short talk in the main building about reindeers with a hot drink and a cookie after your ride and feeding experience.

Was expecting this to be a bit of a tourist trap, but this was a very enjoyable experience. Where the owners seem to have the reindeers welfare at heart.

Incredible experience getting to feed the reindeer calves and the reindeer ride through the trees was incredible. We did about 3km and then had some snacks and a hot drink!

Spending Christmas Day having a reindeer ride and feeding the reindeer was amazing and I would definitely love to do it again. It was a once in a lifetime experience and so peaceful. Thoroughly enjoyed by all ages and it is also quite romantic if you do this in a couple too!

We visited this reindeer farm as part of a holiday to Lapland with Tui. We paid extra for this excursion and it was well worth it. We arrived and were taken to feed the baby reindeer (approx 7 months old). We went into their enclosure and they walked around us whilst we fed them a special Moss they enjoy. We could stroke them if they came up to us but never their heads or their antlers.

We waited for our reindeer sleigh ride and as a family of 3 we had to split up into two sleighs but these were pulled behind each other (tied together) so we still did it as a family. My husband had our daughter in his sleigh and I had the guide kneeling at the front of my sleigh driving my reindeer (Canter). Their reindeer (Lairy) followed behind towing their sleigh.

The ride was through snow covered enchanted forest and lasted about 15-20 mins. It was slow enough for us to film it from the sleigh without risk of dropping the phone. The guide chatted about the reindeer and about her next job being to bring a British bride to her wedding by reindeer sleigh - can you think of anything more romantic through the snow! Fabulous.

We ended our trip back at the house with warm juice and delicious cookies. There was a short presentation about the farm which has stood there for over 100 years and how they have renovated the house. It was amazing to hear about the summers in Lapland with 24 hour daylight!

Before the coach back we got to do some sledging down the back of the house, sit in the tepee around a roaring fire or play in the snow.

A lovely trip by welcoming and very friendly hosts. I’m not sure what I loved more. Feeding the baby reindeer or the sleigh ride. Both absolutely wonderful experiences. Well worth the trip!

We haven't booked a trip to do a reindeer safari during our stay in Levi and managed to find this place at the very end. The owner was extremly nice and welcoming with us. We went on a 3km ride through the woods on a snowy day but it was amazing. After the ride we got to see most of the herd, pet them and feed them. The owner gladly answeared our questions and was very nice. The reindeers are very pretty. We warmly recommend this farm.

This reindeer farm is very nice! Its a lot of fun also the information that they give about the reindeers and the farm is very interesting. You can take photoshoot with reindeer and snowmobile so don’t forget your camera. Also you can try to catch a fake reindeer with a lasso.(the original way of catching reindeer) Worth a visit! We booked with lapland safaris levi, a very complete tour guide operator.

We went on the 3k safari and it was pretty good. The best parts ended up being feeding the reindeer and the presentation that the woman there gave us which was very informative.

Not going to lie though, the ride felt pretty sketchy. Especially when they went too fast, took a hard turn, nearly sent us into a tree and ditched the driver leaving us on a runaway reindeer. Luckily the group ahead of us had stopped as their lead reindeer wrapped around a tree.

So we had to stop. I guess this sort of thing can happen and no harm came of it but if you want a nice little jaunt through the wintery forest, this might get a little intense for you.

Lovely people though. Good trip.

Booked via Inghams, short journey to farm, met and fed the reindeer then a 8km reindeer ride through the forest, Very pretty landscape and beautiful animals, then back to the kota to warm up and then to the farm house for drinks and cookies.

We booked the 3km safari through Inghams and the whole experience was unbelievable. Only a short bus ride away from Levi we were met by the farms owner and staff dressed in tradition Sami clothing, all were exceptionally friendly and gave us a brief chat about the do's and don't when around reindeer then we were off. I sat up front on my own in one sled with the driver and my wife and 5 year old daughter were in the sled behind. The safari was unbelievable, we travelled through a wooded area with everywhere covered in deep snow. Reindeer are semi wild and there were a few reindeer that were roaming about and one even wanted to join our group and ran alongside us for a short while.

The safari was just the right amount of time and once finished we warmed up in a small kota to warm up then it was to meet and feed the reindeer. We were told how the reindeer all had individual personalities which was quite evident when we went to feed them. Some kept themselves to themselves whilst overs were boisterous and tried to muscle in on the food.

After the meet and feed the reindeer we were taken to the house and had hot chocolate whilst the guides talked us through the sami culture, how they keep reindeer and the history of the house and farm.

The whole experience for me was the best of an already excellent event filled holiday and was really well executed by the farm owners and their staff. I couldn't recommend a visit to this reindeer farm enough.
