The Blossom Trail is the Springtime show of the fruit and nut trees in the farm areas of Sanger. We saw some early variety peach trees filled with pink blossoms.Meantime there are also thousands of acres of... More

If you like to see the orchards in bloom and see the country side as I do and plan the trip when the local towns are havin street fairs and car shows it can be a great way to spend the day at a modest cost.

We have driven the Blossom Trail several times, it never gets old looking at the beautiful peach, cherry and apricot blossoms every spring. This trail is about 40 miles long ( maybe more). It winds it way through several small towns on this drive in Fresno co. Just beautiful.

This is not a botanical garden but fruit gardens grown for commercialization purpose. With mass blooming usually between the end of February until mid March, these farms create beautiful scenery during spring. It took us 3 hours to visit 4 gardens and we just drove 1/4 of the trail. Probably we would complete the whole drive next year when both... More

I drove from Fresno to Bakersfield and back yesterday. I've seen the posters at the airport about the blossom trail before, but had no point of reference until now. I took California Highway 99 down towards Bakersfield on a foggy and cold day. I was pleasantly surprised to see an abundance of blossom-covered trees as I zoomed by. I made... More
