A must see when in Folsom! Quaint little stores, wine cafes, places to stay, eat and drink as well as shop. All wrapped up in old and historic buildings.

Per the name of the restaurant (Sutter St. Steakhouse), I ordered a steak. It was supposed to be (as I recall) a 6 ounce steak and, IMHO, it may have been 4 ounces. It was cooked as ordered and the flavor was good ... nothing...More

Very cute town but don't understand shops closing at 5 or 6pm. Restaurants are open...so why not shops. There is train to Sacramento and hiking and biking paths to Lake Natoma.

Had hoped there would be more history on Sutter St. Drove through and didn't see anything we wanted to stop to see. Headed to the prison museum.

We had out of town visitors and wanted to give them a taste of our little town. We toured the history museum and walked the main street. When you are there, stop at Snooks for a confection or ice cream.

Several blocks of shops, restaurants, a museum and the like. Attractive to tourists & locals. Once you find the coveted parking place you'll enjoy yourself, it's worth the effort.

Lots of antiques shops, restaurants, and souvenirs. A couple of museums on the lake side. Nothing there to beat down the door for, but an interesting afternoon can be spent milling around this area.

No some of the shops close up on Sundays, but the majority stay open. I know all of the eating establishments are open.Still a good place to go on a Sunday.
