Stopped with friends for wine tasting and was pleasantly surprised with the pizza and of course the wine. The view was outstanding. A little out of the way but worth the visit.

We visited the Cordiano Winery yesterday and enjoyed the seven (7) wine flight. We selected one white and six reds... the Syrah was quite good. We will return to take advantage of the patio, view and try a brick oven pizza.

Attended nieces wedding at the winery. The setting certainly steals the attention as the area overlooks the Palomar range. We were fortunate and had a cool evening. The wine was ok but certainly nothing to rave about. The meal was good. The cheese ziti very...More

Come here for the view and enjoy great local wine and pizza. Fantastic atmosphere, reasonably priced and very tasty pizza and wine.

We spent the most delightful evening, a group of 10, great colleagues from work. Cordiano Winery is a Gem, his owner an absolutely wonderful man, what a story he can tell about his family life and the history of the winery. View is splendid, wine...More

I like going here as a first stop when wine tasting. We typically get a pizza, salad, and a bottle of wine, which works out well. The place is nice and has great views, and the owners are great. That said, and it is a...More

Small winery serving great pizza and lovely outdoor setting. Local wine plus beer available. Self service ordering at kiosk. No judgment on wine - did not taste, but clientele seemed to enjoy. Worth the trip up curvey two lane..

If the name was Cordiano Pizzaria, I would give a higher rating but the wine was sub par at best. In addition, the service was poor. On the plus side, the views are excellent.

We visited Cordiano early on Sunday afternoon for lunch and drinks, and were seated immediately on the upper terrace. The winery was further up the hill road than we expected but the extra altitude provides some great views back down the valley. Good points: +...More

The atmosphere is amazing, just like being in Tuscany. The wine is mediocre, but I am not a fan of San Diego wines unless the grapes come from Paso Robles. The brick oven pizzas are good so they make up for it. Fun place to...More

Assuming you have a car, going east will take you to Julian, a quaint little village about 1200 meters elevation. Closer to the northwest is Fallbrook. There is a park called 'Live Oak' that has a few hiking trails. The... More
