Beautiful golden sand beach surrounded by cliffs to the north and south. Warm sunshine and the cool pacific ocean was just plain good for the soul. I didn't do any activities, but walked by the famous hotel (a gorgeous wedding was happening on the beach!),...More

Staying on the island was perfect. After sightseeing San Diego area it was wonderful to return to a slower pace for our evenings. We stayed in a small boutique hotel, Hotel Marisol, near the Del Coronado. Walking to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Super cute place . Went over on the ferry , unfortunately it was dusk so most places were closing but still worth it. I think next time we will go earlier in the day to explore some more .

From the bridge to get there to the beautiful white sand beach to the stately Del Coronado hotel to the lovely town, this place is worth a visit when you are in San Diego. Totally different.

It is worth it to come to the island. The shops are a little high in price but the houses and beaches are great.

Love either renting chairs or just a towel on the beach. Long walks were also great. Clean, cold water and loved every minute of it.
