We went on a wine hunt after being chased from Napa/Sonoma. We aren't big pinot noir drinkers, but really enjoyed the sauv blanc and the Marinus. Quite a difference in taste (and cost!) between the Marinus vintages. Get the 2012.

Fun tasting room unparalleled Sauvignon Blanc get the Griva so good reflects the taste of owner Illustrious Ben Pon no expense spared really good great atmosphere and fun employees

I've visited many vineyards in USA, France, Germany... in this area this tops the vineyards I've visited. Joullian ok, Boekenoogen a bit better but Bernardus tops any of the wines on all of the previous mentioned. Looking for a tasting of Carmel valley - stop...More

We were able to enjoy the outdoor seating area with wonderful live music. Hung out here for a good 90 minutes.
