This is a very nice area as you see the scenic beach and ocean plus interesting houses. Many of the houses have very unique architecture. We were able to walk along the back streets and there are many more quaint 'cottage' styled houses.

So Enjoyable!!! Great views, pick your own speed. Interesting architecture of the houses, but one cannot help looking at the houses at the times more than enjoying the walk

came across this area by accident. reall looking for a parking place to the carmel beach area. parking is hard to find. but the walk is wonderful . such beauty of the ocean and the houses are awesome. enjoy your walk.

Yes you can drive through the area. The road paralleling the walk has a few parking spaces which may allow the elders to get out and enjoy the view
