Even though this hotel is in a nice location having hot springs and spas, the food and the rooms sucked completely which made the total expirience below what we expected. I would not recomend this places, never coming again.

We hiked in the national park. A few places were hard due to rocky areas but I would say easy to medium.

Not strenuous.... About a city block walk or they have a shuttle that will take you back and forth.
