This is a Camarillo treasure! Only been here a handful of times but it's peaceful and uncrowded! Check it out for yourselves!

My son and I had a date for a hike- first significant time together in weeks due to busy schedules. We decided to try someplace new. So disappointed! We pulled up to the Ranger booth and paid our $5 admittance and saw the sign that some trails were closed. I specifically asked if any were open, to which the spectacularly... More

The views of citrus groves you'll see while entering on the long and winding road (and while departing) are quite a treat. The park itself was a huge letdown. Some of the nature trails are closed. You pay $3 (honor envelope) to enter. Not worth it.

This is a beautiful park! Many people were out with their dogs, but I also found it to be nice for an inspiring run. I recommend it.

I take my pup to Camarillo Park almost every weekend. It is a great way to get outside an exercise as well as spend some good time with my dog. Best park in Camarillo!

This park was so green and beautiful, I come from Fresno where you see nothing but brown. This park was so green and colorful and big and quite. Nice to just sit and enjoy the sceenary.

We recently got a small dog and heard about this park from friends. We took our baby there last weekend. The fenced in area we were hoping to find was a dirt area next to the open park. It was dark, had piles of leaves all over plus a sign that said "there could be rattlesnakes in this area" on... More

Returned to this relatively primitive dog park, but found it "temporarily closed" because of pesticide applications. Jack and Winston found relief at both the Springville dog park and the Mission Road park in Camarillo (not listed on TripAdvisor).

This is a park in an old oak grove just off 101, with some large group areas and BBQ pits, and a small creek running through. Dogs are allowed, off leash, in the whole park during the week, but only in the fenced dog park on the weekend (but there is rarely a park ranger, so who would know?)
