It was our first time out of the city. For those that are trying to get away from the city this is one of many places to go. My husbands birthday was coming up so I took him here for a birthday surprise. He loved every minute of the trip especially when he could drink in the pool. I just... More

A true hidden gem. The people are lovely and the ice cream was fantastic. The pool was clean and soothing and the bathrooms were nice and clean.

First summer owning a home Up here. Never came here so today stopped by to eat. The food was just ok. Then we decided to try the pool. She had a suit and so did my two year old. My daughter 12 and myself didn't. So went to pay the lady asked how much I told her my daughter and... More

I started coming here with my parents in the 60's. Back then, the large hot springs building was more like a ymca. There was a volley ball net and various games for teenagers, all free. Additionally, there is a pool and hot springs sauna originating from a geothermal source. During WW ll, the area was an interment camp for Japanese.... More

After spending the morning in the mountains we came to California Hot Springs Resort to get breakfast. Time was 2 minutes past 11:00 AM, and they refused to serve breakfast as it stopped at 11:00. There were nobody else but my wife and I in the restaurant. OK... We ordered Sandwiches and got what I would call the worst sandwiches... More

We discovered California Hot Springs about 10 years ago and been coming back each year in October/November. Camp on grass with full hook-ups, how good is that? Excellent campground, never crowded and in the middle of nowhere. Best place to relax with a huge pool full of warm water across the road (virtually no traffic). A heaven for any camper... More

My hubby and I arrived here after an amazing walk through the Trail of 100 Giants. The weather was a scorchingly hot - lovely, as it is winter in Australia. We had a delicious chicken salad roll (served with the obligatory pack of chips) and, after being given a sample taste by the lovely young lady at the kiosk, our... More

I mostly just come here to shower, but since I'm paying $12 anyway, I usually soak too. I wish the place opened earlier. By 10 o'clock, it's almost too hot to soak in the super hot water. I manage to stay until around 11am, but by that time I'm way too hot. I'd like to get more than two hours... More

We were camped out near there, at the White River Campground, which is in itself, one of the best kept secrets of the area. Lots of meat bees, so watch out for them. They sting!!
