Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Be it snacks for the road or an assortment of things for a picnic, this is a nice place to shop. Just keep in mind we aren't talking about a super store, so selection is limited.

Had a much larger selection when Ron LaRue ran the store. Including quality private-label products. Still, good for sodas, beer, ice cream, and snacks. But, lacking in gudes fir the area, maps, outdoor supplies, etc., compared to the past ownership. Prices are average for the area.

Limited selection of very expensive grocery staples. Almost no produce but a nice deli and expansive beverage selection, as long as you’re buying single-serving size. This is one of those places you go for last-minute things you forgot, because you’ll pay nearly double what you expect to near any decent-sized suburb. Nice folks, clean friendly place.

Small market. But there is almost everything you need. From toast to beer. From salad to meat for the grill

There is no local supermarket and therefore ones choices are limited. So, this is as good as it gets locally. We weren't camping and weren't backpacking so we really didn't explore everything it had to offer, but it seemed adequate.

Bridgeport is kind of a sorry little town and I wonder if in 10 years it will still be here. But we stopped to take a look.

After trying to find something that suited our needs for lunch, we happened on this place and were we pleasantly surprised. Beautiful made to order sandwiches on nice fresh bread, an orange drink and a Haagen Diaz ice cream. Very reasonable. Plus lots of incidentals you might need to stock up on for your trip.

It's under new ownership. The deli is still good for sandwiches and such. Best in town on those. Doesn't have the custom branded sauces and dressings that they had when Ron LaRue ran the place. Still a great selection of "last minute" items we all seem to forget when traveling.
