The view was amazing. Short drive around the bay up to the Head. There had just been a storm, and the angry ocean was great to see. Easy access for those walking.

Parking is limited here so come early. The view here is amazing and you can hike around the area alittle. This is a great spot to for whale sighting. On a cold day, bring your clam chowder here to enjoy.

Wow, what a great hike, even in rainy weather. The trail on Bodega Head is easy to follow and gives you some incredible views of the ocean. If your lucky you will see some whales and seals swimming close to shore. We arrived on a stormy weather day but braved the rain because we didn't want to miss out. We... More

Our day trip to Bodega Bay included a stop at Bodega Head. We are so glad we mad the effort. You have to drive a little off the beaten path around the Bay to get there, but it's definitely worth the trip if you want some amazing scenic views of the water, shoreline, crashing waves, and possibly even some whales... Beautiful hike on a mostly sunny day. Many hawks to see including American Kestrel which I think is actually a falcon.

We came out on a pretty January day and enjoyed a little picnic while admiring the ocean views. I always feel connected here and the ocean is cleansing to me. I'll be back again soon.

We go to Bodega Head every time we are in this area. Rain or shine, there are some amazing vistas from just about every point at the Head. Be prepared for bone chilling winds, even when it's sunny outside, but also be prepared to be inspired.

Have been here many times and it actually seems to get better the more you go here. Went north from the parking area today and enjoyed a beautiful walk along the coast with great ocean views and some cool rock outcroppings. Scenic, easy walk area and FREE. When you're in Bodega Bay go here to enjoy nice views with super... More

We were at Bodega Head between storms and enjoyed a nice walk in the sun. The views were unobstructed both up and down the coast. Be careful of the potholes as you start up to the Head and in the parking lot
