A quaint little village with a bunch of tourist stuff to do. You can also find the basics here, from food to gas. Not a place to stay, but good for a day trip.

I believe there are a couple of nice restaurants situated here - we only discovered this after the fact - but the two we ate at were disappointing to say the least. Most disappointing was 'The Green Herring', and a close second was the bistro at The George pub (avoid the ceaser salad)

The village has a collection of shops a few in very old Australiana buildings. There are a couple of cafes and specialty shops and you are also close to Federation square which has more shops so well worth a trip

I took my brother and his partner to the Green Herring for dinner and I was impressed both with the food and the place.
