Well worth spending a couple of days in the area. We really enjoyed hiking in these unusual rock formations. People come from all over the world to experience rock climbing here.

We couldn't make the whole loop due to snow, but what we did see was absolutely beautiful. Can't wait to go back to see what its like in the spring or summer.

These are low hills and fun to drive on if 4-W drive or just good tires (if stay on dirt road). Much soft sand! Good rock hunting. Rattlesnakes pinkish-tan with rattle. Hospital right down Line Street! The story goes: milkman+ bumpy road=Buttermilk.

This area is just spectacular! Great views! Nice big boulders and rocks. The area goes from desert terrain to mountain terrain fast. We saw deer. Hiked among sage bushes and pine trees. Great area to just enjoy nature!

Only traveled the first few miles as the road got pretty rough. What I saw was gorgeous and being a photographer it was great. Would like to return someday and complete the whole route,

The first couple of miles, at least, is very drivable in a regular car. It is a good dirt road, Washboarding will keep you driving slow but it's not bad at all.
