Clare is a must. In our small artisan chocolate our huge range of different artisan chocolate bar varieties, fudge, chocolate boxes, hot chocolate varieties and chocolate spreads are all handmade. We even have sugar free and dairy free and vegan friendly chocolate., We also have a Hot Chocolate Café and Coffee Dock where you can sit down indulge in one of our 10 varieties of hot chocolate. And if you need to bring some home to family or friends or even treat yourself, our factory outlet chocolate shop is full to the brim. Based in the picturesque Co. Clare village of Tuamgraney you can visit and see where we make all this wonderful stuff.

Amazing experience! We were so lucky to find that this existed so close to where we were staying. We booked to make our own chocolate bars and the very fact that the staff found time to do this while making hand made chocolates for the public is huge. We were welcomed from entering, all our tastes were considered when making our bars, we learned something new (honeycomb) our kids were so happy. The staff are 2nd to none, very friendly, engaging and knowledgeable and the chocolate is absolutely out of this world! Amazing value for money for an artisan workshop which is producing as they include you.
Ps: let's create the "Wilde Things" bags of seconds and pieces of chocolate 😉

Such a fun family experience while in Ireland. Our host was informative, funny, and even dipped my moms shoe in chocolate. Wilde Irish chocolate is seriously the best chocolate we’ve ever had! Soooo yummy! A must do if you are traveling with family and children.

We really didn’t know what to expect when we booked ‘make your own bar of chocolate’! With us was an eight year old who was very dubious and didn’t really want to go. But at the end he loved it! People are so important at both ends of the service delivery - and Louise was just so lovely warm and delivered her 2 ‘house rules’ to us clearly concisely with just right amount of twinkle in her eye! Have fun! The rate of 8.50 is very good considering you walk away with a bar of chocolate matching your individual taste. But beware- the boxes of chocs and the hot chocolates bought separately afterwards in the shop/cafe can make it a very expensive afternoon. Do visit it’s a lovely experience delivered by lovely people

We went to build our own chocolate bar, we had a great time making our designs and choosing our toppings. The staff were so friendly and helpful! Only suggestion would be more hands on work when making bars and maybe melting white choc/ other flavour chocolates into the bars. Got mint hot chocolate and it was lovely! Will definitely recommend and order chocolate in future

The chocolate factory tour was excellent! Patricia was amazing, she explained everything so well, kept us laughing and overall just made everyone feel so comfortable. We got to make our own chocolate bars with any toppings we wanted and they tasted delicious. I was so full when I was leaving from all the testers Patricia gave. It was truly a great experience and would definitely do it again.

A quick stop will turn into a delicious time of indulging in freshly made chocolate. You can make your own custom chocolate bar or sit down and have a hot drink from a wide selection of different chocolates. The dark chocolate mint was my personal favorite. One can also watch them making these delectable indulgences in the back of the factory. Reasonable pricing and outstanding hot chocolate. Don’t miss this hidden gem!

This amazing chocolate bar is just 30 minutes away from Limerick. There is a lot of onsight parking. You can book online and there are two parts to this place. The first is the cafe, where you can purchase chocolate bars and hot drinks. The second part is the factory where you can choose different toppings (Max is 5) with a wide variety of options. You can even decorate your chocolate bar and be able to insert a label on it that you can decorate. I would highly recommend this place for young children

We had loads of fun creating our chocolate bar. You can choose between white, milk or dark chocolate as your base and then add on a variety of different toppings. Everything was explained and you could try the toppings before deciding. There were some interesting ones like the rose one. But we would say that creating your own label for the chocolate bar was just as fun.

Just completed a visit with Wilde Chocolates. First of all, the people were so friendly on the phone when I rang to organise. Then, when we arrived, we had a delicious hot chocolate in their little cafe while we waited for the tour to start. The tour was a short talk about the process of making the chocolate and we had lots of chocolate to taste. Perfect for kids as quite short. Then we finished up buying a few bars of their gorgeous chocolate. The tour is free, so you feel good about buying a good amount of chocolate. It looks lovely and tastes really good.

Really brilliant visit. Making a handmade chocolate bar was great fun. Really interesting tasting various toppings before finally deciding on 4 for the finished article.
A lovely cafe to sit in whilst waiting for the chocolate to set with lots of tempting chocolates to buy as souvenirs.
Great staff.
