Year round family recreation area. The Alpine Slide attraction is California's only authentic bobsled ride. Take a scenic chairlift ride to the top, then hop on a specially designed sled and control your own speed down a 1/4 mile long track. In the summer enjoy our refreshing double Water Slide and in the winter tube on our Snow Play hill with Magic Carpet uphill lift. We also offer Go-Karts and an 18 hole miniature golf course. Our newly renovated building has plenty of indoor seating and an expanded snack bar. An outdoor patio, Water Slide deck and many grass areas allow for plenty of relaxing. Parents pay only if you play!

I'm 58 years old and not in the best physical shape but you don't have to be to slide down a snowy mountain on a cold winter day. I had a blast! Lot's of family and nothing but smiles and laughter all around. Come early though, it's gets crowded fast. We arrived at 10 AM when it opens and by... More

We headed up to Big Bear for a one day snow tubing adventure. We got a few runs in as soon as they opened, but the place got so packed after an hour that it became a miserable experience. It was completely disorganized with a huge bottleneck at the top of the hill. They finally put in Disney-style switchback lines... More

This is not a bad family event. Fun for all ages. I have a 14 and an 18 year old. They both loved it. Just be prepared for cash only. You can get a deal 5 rides for 25 bucks. A nice place to spend an afternoon. Ride up to the top on a ski lift then race down. The... More

We we're a group of 8. Two families. Our relatives first visit to the snow. They loved it. The slide activity is for everyone with good health and reflexes...lol. Our kids enjoyed this activity for hours.

Went during the week (weekday) in December. Complete mess. Parking is a joke. Seems completely disorganized.

A good ride, reasonable price per run. Definitely the best thing in Big Bear! Open year round. Try it out!

Good fun for all. Get there early however to avoid long lines in the summer weekends! This always feel like the quintessential weekend vacation activity for families!

Always wanted to try this and wasn't disappointed. Rode the ski lift up the "mountain", which was not intimidating. Nice view at the top. Then, rode the alpine slide down. Super fun! Speed can be controlled, so it's not scary. Good value.

We had a lot of fun and it is reasonably priced. Very friendly staff. The view was great from the top of the mountain. We will visit it again on our next trip.

We had soo much fun going down the slide in the beautiful mountain setting. The luge type ride is fun for the whole family. My granddaughter laughed her heart out as she felt safe because she could determine how fast or how slow we went. We rode double on a lift chair up the hill to catch the ride. I... More
