Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Terrific welcome from two lady gallerists, even though reputedly top notch coffee machine not working! Best gallery visited on two week trip, by far. Wonderful artists and great mix of styles. Could easily be in Mayfair and charging 5x.

We visited Kilbaha Gallery several times during our stay in Kilbaha. We couldn't have had a better time and met better people. Both Alish and Liz were super to work with. we actually feel like part of the family after our many visits to their facility. the pastries are wonderful as is the gift shop & gallery.

There is such a friendly atmosphere here, the girls are great. Warm and welcoming, they will serve up great coffee, tea and snacks in the tearoom. Lots of interesting crafts, books, linens, and other gifts. Many by a local artist, but be prepared to get out you wallet and credit card. I recommend this place to anyone visiting the Loop Head Peninsula.

You know that feeling when you are touring and afternoon tea is looking unlikely? That's how we were feeling. We were recommended the gallery by the helpful young lady at the lighthouse. Kilbaha Gallery is a great place, very friendly, with most excellent cream tea and scones (and we had cream tea and scone connoisseurs in our little group). The artwork is interesting with a wide range of styles, as you might expect. It's worth the tea even if you aren't bothered about the art. It's also worth visiting for the art even if you don't want tea (though you might change your mind when you see the tearoom!). Very warmly recommended.

Called in here for coffee and cake when we were on holidays recently. The staff were fabulous and the homemade tarts were amazing. The personal touches like providing toys to toddlers etc were a real pleasant treat to entertain them .
Would definitely recommend

I've stopped here two times, and both have been wonderfully welcoming.
You're in a beautiful area of County Clare and the Kilbaha Gallery stands out as an example of how friendly the area is.
The items available in the gallery area are a mix of fine art and locally sourced items. In the rear of the shop is a small spot for coffee, tea, and snacks. All of the options look tasty, and the two items I've sampled have exceeded my what my sweet tooth was wanting.
If you're doing the Loop Head Peninsula, then put this spot on your itinerary.

As part of our annual outing, we visited Kilbaha Gallery, what a gem ! We started with tea/coffee and delicious scones,(in spite of being an hour late)then we moved to their shop/gallery, which stocks beautiful locally made crafts/paintings etc. The staff were incredible, gushing with charm and knowledge, we were treated like long lost friends.
A visit is a must, if in the area.Should be advertised widely.

A very friendly welcome and lovely tea and cake. Paintings and sculptures very tempting but on the pricey side.

I don’t care where you are now get yourself to kilbaha gallery on loop head... fantastic gift shop with beautiful locally sourced gifts and rarities.. amazing homemade apple tart like your Mammy made and real coffee. But the real deal breaker here is when the lovely lady brought out my coffee n tart. She offered me sun block so my pasty Irish skin wouldn’t burn ... amazing friend Irish welcome like coming into friends house..
