The walk around Wildsee is pleasant, being so close to a busy town and with lovely mountain scenery. The highlight is the squirrels which will take nuts from your hand, putting their paws trustingly on your fingers to do so. They're charming. Interestingly, although the...More

Just outside the city centre of Seefeld, you find the Wildsee. You have a nice walk that takes you around the lake for about 45 min. It's a quiet and relaxing tour where you discover trees, birds and the surrounding. Some ways takes you further...More

In winter it's beautiful to see the birds & squirrels in the snow. The lake is frozen & a small pond for the ducks is always available for them to swim.

A nice short walk from Seefeld which will take you about an hour to complete. Stop off for a coffee at the cafe by the main road!

Only about an hour walking round the lake, but longer walks from this area. Great views and good photo opportunities.

Thoroughly recommend a walk around Wildsee. As well as the main path there are others which go into the woods where you can see black squirrels and many birds.

The kids (aged 4-16) loved it here. There was loads to do. An outdoor pool for the little one alongside a beautiful lake where our older children were jumping off the jetty for a swim. They also enjoyed paddle boarding and taking out the rowing...More
