This is the best spot to catch the sunset in Hampi. From the top you can see Hampi city completely. You can see Hampi is like flintstone-peacfull-relax city. Somehow you can hear someone read the chanting and it sounds good for me.

Indeed a top listed spot in the itinerary with some spectacular view of the sunset and the sunrise. Located near to Virupaksha temple and requires a little effort to climb to the top but worth the energy spent.

A must visit place at Hampi to catch the sunrise / sunset. It is near Virupaksha temple, close to the bus stand.

If you not fit this indeed takes a bit of effort. But it is all worth it. Try climbing it before the sunset. The views one can see are indescribable. Climb from the rear side and you get to see great views of Achyuta Raya...More

This is one of the two famous spots from where you can see the sunrise and sunset in Hampi. It's somewhere you wouldn't wanna leave. So beautiful, so serene, so tranquil.

Wonderful view of hampi and river. One of the best sunset point. You have to be careful a bit while climbing one or two slippery rock.

Weel its the place where Lord Sugreev hide from Bali during the Ranayana days. Its probably the topmost point in Hampi and one can visualise the complete Hampi ruins and also can take unbeleivable pictures.
