It is in fact a large park with a few war memorials, especially the tanks and a few memoirs of the Kargil war. Good to instil a sense of patriotic fervour, especially in the youth.

It is built in remembrance of soldiers from martyrs from himachal. Well intended emotion but can be made more attractive for tourist. Very close to the hpca stadium and can be visited en route.

Being an Indian you should always pay respect to our war Martyrs, who laid their life your protection. As an visitor it is well maintained garden with greenery. Best time to in day will be evening.

Nice garden with a few models of war ammunition and a jet. There is a very old model of Vikrant but in a very depleted state. Good veriety of flora and fauna inside the memorial
