Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Today we had an amazing trip with Rafting Dunajec with guide Christian. It was exiting ride down the river with adorable view and Christian has provided very interesting details about the river, mountains, history and other details.
We are a family of 4 (2 kids ages 7 and 4) and we all had a lot of joy with Rafting Dunajec. All the team was very nice and we are strongly recommend to take the trip with them!

We rode in the historic wooden rafts - there are not many rapids and what are there are mild, but it is a fun time. The scenery is spectacular as you go between the mountains of Poland and the hills of Slovakia

Visited there with my 11 years old son. Took the 9 km rafting on the Dunjac river. We were positively surprised from the team's high level of service orientation, and professionalism. The guides speak good English and was knowledgable about points of interest along the route.
I RECOMMEND this experience to anyone visiting slovakia.

We took the 9 km trip on a raft with 5 of us and david as the guide. The river was very flat and the nature around was gorgeous.
David explained us about the nature and added anecdotes along the way.
We took bikes on the way back and it was a perfect experience for all of us.

We took the rafting with a guide.
The rafting was very fun, and the guide (David) was very professional and gave us some interesting insights on the river and the view.
The view is amazing.
The river was quiet that day, but you cannot know in advance the height of the waves :-)
Kid enjoyed it very much.
Once you reach the final destination, you can either take bicycle, bus or walk back (9 km).
We took the bicycle and it was great !! very nice and easy ride.

We took a rubber raft with a guide. We are a family of five, with the youngest kid is almost four. The rafting was perfect for us. The guide was professional and the equipmentt very good. They gave us a dry-bag for our valubles and even a ride back to the starting point where we parked the car. Excellent experience.

Maria was very responsive to my questions before arriving. They have high quality equipment and know what they are doing, which is very important. They made sure all the safety equipment (helmets and life vests fit properly before going out on the water). I recommend taking a light sweater/ rain jacket and putting it in the water tight container that goes with you in the raft since the weather changes so radically.
In addition, we would have enjoyed the trip more if our guide had spoken better English. His English was really minimal and that was a pity as we would have liked to have known more about the park and surrounding area.
I also highly recommend renting mountain bikes at the end of the rafting experience and riding back through the National Park to the starting point! Beautiful area!

Very nice experience. We were visiting Poland but we preferred to do the Dunajec route starting from Červený Kláštor on the Slovakian side, because the route was a little shorter, and we could pay in euros. We parked for 4 euros just before the pedestrian bridge which is located right in front of the "rafting Dunajec", where we had already booked the excursion the previous day. In a few minutes we got on the dinghy together with our guide, a young and smart guy, who, when needed, encouraged us to paddle and guided us to the most adrenaline-filled points. The route is easy and risk-free, at most you will get a little wet. Very beautiful landscapes immersed in a natural park. The concentration of boats, canoes, rafts and dinghies that followed the route almost in a queue was notable, perhaps due to the very beautiful day. Having disembarked after just over an hour we went to get the bicycle already booked with them for the return. In total we spent around 25 euros each, but it was worth it!
