Nice visit

I like the place. Although its in the morning still the place is wonderful. I would maybe appreciate more if we have our visit at night.

When in town, you can head on to this bay area and either walk, bike, jog around or eat at the many selections of restaurants. We had dinner at Zoe's kitchen.

This place is close to the sea. It feels really uncomfortable walking around this mall during days when the humidity is high. It could have been better if they have more activities at night, when the temperature is not so high. Restaurants close very early. They used to have a bar there but it closes early too.

So sad that there are not so many stores open. Not many restaurants to choose from as well. Would've been an awesome place cause it is just by the Bay..

First off, we were given the wrong room type and were told to just contact Expedia. We dont understand how this happened but I believe as guests, we shouldnt be the ones bothered to sort this thing out. It should be between the hotel and the online booking service. The embarcadero attempts to be a tourist attraction, instead it is an empty mall with a few stands that sell junk and a small grocery. If you're traveling and in need of supplies, walk a half mile up Rizal Street to the actual mall where there is a better grocery for packaged items and the Legazpi public market for produce.

This is the main mall in the city and is complete with restos and eating places, as well as various stores and shops for souvenir shopping and other basic needs. It provides a perfect view of the volcano from the water or coastline.

Embarcadero should had been a nice tourist destination if properly maintained... The last time we visited this place looks its delapidating fast... Time to take care of it before it looses its value..

Very very old mall with only a few shops and restaurants. Our hotel was located here but other than that, no reason to go here.
