I personally found this to be a bit boring. There are some very interesting things such as the post office tree and replica ship but overall I was glad to get finished. The old buildings are nice.

It is worth going to the museum just to see the great boat exhibit, and of course to post your own letter under the postbox tree. Well worth a short stop here.

Interesting but most valuable as an access point to both the Post Office Tree and the Park, which gives pedestrian access to the Train Restaurant

The museum comprises an exact external replica of the ship that arrived here some 500 years ago - amazingly small! together with a deal of good information on the trip and other exploration of the 'dark continent' around the time. Not worth a lengthy trip...More

Safe parking in front, lovely gardens, interesting museums. All free and some lovely views. Worth an hour if passing through.
