It was packed with people when I visited. I needed to wait for a long time to take a photo with the incredibly blue sky and the train wrecks. So if you are not a fan of train wrecks, this may not be very interesting...More

Not everyone shares my opinion, but the train cemetery was kind of boring and just a time filler before we got to do better things on the Salar & Circuit. There's not really much to do there, but look at the old, rusty trains and...More

First stop on your salar trip and is a pretty cool place. Have fun climbing around on the old locomotives.

Outside the quaint town of Uyuni lies a mysterious train cemetery filled with old abandoned trains from a century ago. So mystical and strange it leaves you with a sense of days gone by. What a delight for train enthusiasts!

It was a quick stop place to visit before entering the Salt Flat. Still wonderful to stop and see all the rusted trains that was left behind from the old days. It was a great place to take a group picture.

This is exactly what you think it is- a lot of rusty and broken old trains in two very long rows. Just coming to look is ok but kids will love the adventure of climbing in and on the trains. Just be aware they are...More
