This is the oldest "bodega" in cafayate. Their wine is 100% organically and is a very nice place to visit if you are in the area

I don't understand the marketing of this Bodega. Enthusiastically, we entered this Bodega - after being recommended by locals - with the intention of buying a nice bottle. Behind the counter we encountered a small guy with a high pitched voice and an arrogant uninterested aditude. He gave us their worst wine for free to taste. We did not like... More

Situated in a colonial style bodega you can visit and taste the wines from the place. Not the best from the zone but good wines. Very good public attention

We got there too late to do a tour but we enjoyed looking around on our own. However, I was unimpressed by the quality of the wine

When we visited the tours were all in Spanish, but it is still possible to experience the wines and the way they are produced.

Aspart of a day trip from Salta to Quebrada de las Conchas, we could sample a couple of wines and have a very professional guided tour to this tiny wine bodega. The guide was extremely competent and gave us a very detailed information.

We stopped at this winery because it was on the way out of town as we were heading back to Salta. It was our least favorite of the wineries we went to, the people were not very friendly, and the wine was not that good. Some of the antique wine making artifacts there were pretty interesting though.

The "Bodega" is also a museum. You can see all artefacts used to make wine a hundred years ago. The tour is ok, but the place is charming and beautifull. The wine is very good. The staff are very friendly. I recomend.
