Feels like you are in the desert!

Very cool place to visit if you are in Coro, Venezuela! You can climb the sand dunes and the views are incredible.

It's a nice and beautiful place, I think one of the most amazing places in Venezuela after Angel falls. People PLEASE take your garbage back with you.

I felt as if I was in the Sahara Desert. Be prepared for loads of sand in your shoes..... You can access the dunes taking the road to Punto Fijo or ask where the "Estatua de la Madre" is. Just be careful with your belongings....

This is one of the most beautiful scenes of Venezuela. Behind the Sand Dunes you can appreciate the Andes Mountain Range. It is usually pretty windy and the sand could bother your skin, so I recommend to wear long sleeve shirts, long pants, tennis shoes and maybe even a cloth to wrap your face..

2 Thank Andrea E
