Beach was a 2 minute walk from our Motel, Georgian Inn Resort & Motel. Beach was clean, very large beach. There are many shops and places to eat across from beach. Pet are only allow at one section of the beach

Like all water venues there can be drownings. This true of Wasga Beach as a frequent visitor I know this. Do not swim alone!

The town of Wasaga Beach does have fireworks at dusk on July 1st. I do not have the exact location, if it is at the actual beach.
