    Unforgettable!
Guys, if you plan on visiting Siam Park you need to choose an off peak time. This made all the difference for us, who absolutely LOVED our time there. Did the rides 20 times over and enjoyed feeling like a kid again for the day. Facilities were clean, and food was alright though tbh it's just fuel to keep you going on the rides.
Thank you for your review Jessie! Comments like yours mean a lot to us. We are glad that you enjoyed your day at Siam Park. We hope to see you again soon!

    Great.
€40 for one ticket, was definitely worth it. Helpful staff, good hygiene and amazing attractions. I didn’t take any pictures of today as I didn’t want to get my phone wet 😂 also I brought a Siam park cap for only €1 and a T-shirt for €6.10 both were very good and cheap
Thank you for your review Owen! We are glad that you enjoyed your visit to Siam Park. We hope to see you again another time. Have a nice day!

    The best water park
The best park in the world is the name for it. Everything is neatly organized and the wait in the rides is about 10-15 minutes not much. Everything is clean and the staff is the nicest. Food is top notch, having a buffet area and more. The top thing they have is safety all the rides look new and clean, no rust. I have been going to this park almost all my life every summer, and it hasn’t disappointed
Thank you very much for your incredible comments! We are so happy that you enjoyed your day at Siam Park. Your support means a lot to us. We can't wait for your return. Have a nice day!

    Amazing!!!!
THE BEST waterpark we have EVER been to. At first i thought it was expensive but once there we realised it was worth EVERY single cent. We went mid dec and the weather was boiling. Xmas music playing around the park. It was busy but queues went very quickly. We arrived 10am and left 5pm. We managed every slide and the lazy river plus food and a drink. Highly recommend. My 13 and 9 year old loved it too
Thank you very much for sharing your opinion with us! We are glad that you had a fantastic day at Siam Park. We hope to see you again soon. Have a great day!

    Fantastic fun
Absolutely fantastic water park, beautiful surroundings, well organised and the rides are amazing, this is the best water park we have ever visited. We bought fast passes which we were grateful to have done as the queues were long. Food choice was great. Put you towels on the beds around the beach area as soon as you arrive.

Dec23, very busy but still 100% worth the money
23 Dec. Amazing rides, 100% recommend. On busy days, arrive 15mins before doors open, be ready in your bathers & sun lotion & go straight to the ride you’re keenest on before getting a locker - leave your bag with one of your party and swap out (as there’s no queues). We did Tower of Power 3 times before getting a locker at Siam Beach (only lockers that were open first thing). We had about 90 mins easy riding before queues got to 40mins. (Tour buses arrive at 11am). Buy a fastpass but don’t use it too early, save it for after lunch as it’s 1 time on each ride, although on Snakes they weren’t marking the bracelet so you could go again. 100% worth it on busy days. This way we did all rides twice, some way more. Note: you buy them at any locker area not at entry & they are limited each day so can run out, but we got ours at 11.30am no probs but a risk. Terrifyingly good - Singha & Kinnaree & Tower of Power. Plan to be there the whole day! In the last hour the rides get quieter. We parked on a side street for free or else it’s 5€. Park is very clean, well maintained, professional lifeguards leaving good gaps between riders & beautiful landscaped greenery. Queues for rides well shaded. We carried a plastic bag of necessities & left it near each ride (leave no valuables obvs). Waterproof neck pouches were popular. Food is as expected, but lots of options & chicken was delicious, but only gluten free options seemed to be at busy Siam Beach. Last tip: before you leave you can buy a 20€ return within 15 days ticket. It’s not possible after you’ve left. Only criticism: no water refill stations anywhere & food area refused to fill ours.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We hope that you had a fantastic day at Siam Park. We can't wait for your return. Have a nice day!

    Impressed
We had a fabulous day here. The place is well organised and clean. The food and drink options aren’t too bad considering we are at their mercy. My only gripe is drinking water - I took refillable bottles for the whole family but was refused water. The only option is to buy single use plastic bottles or overpriced tiny cans of water. Come on Siam Park, keep with the times. Yes I get that you want the extra profit from the overpriced plastic bottled water you sell, but you should really allow water to be given to guests who have brought their own container!
Thank you for your review Kate! We are glad that you enjoyed your day at Siam Park. We will look into your comments in order to improve our service. We hope you come and visit again. Have a nice day!

    Amazing water park!
Siam park was loved by the children in our family, fun rides and awesome slides. We really enjoyed the wave beach and the splash park too. We went during a very busy period, so it was quite chaotic and overcrowded. I would recommend to plan the day in advance, as the changing rooms had long queues. If i went again, I wouldn't bother getting a locker, but would walk towards the further end of the park and get a sun deck and leave my belongings there (provided there are no valuables). I would also but a waterproof protector for a phone to take photos during the rides. Overall, great experience.

    Fantastic
Make sure you use free bus if in area of one - ensure you get there early. I would pre pay for tickets, to save time for queuing. Been numerous times from when children were small to young adults and never disappoints Really is a great day out and they make it a great experience with how the whole place has been well planned and laid out.

Great once you get in and on the attractions, but a stressful and disorganized getting in
The park itself was wonderful. The rides themselves are great and the staff manning them are courteous and attentive. Once inside we had a great time but we arrived 30 minutes and it was 45 minutes after opening before we could begin having fun. The people are polite and well-meaning but understaffed, undertrained and poorly organized. There are hundreds of people trying t. We often had to wait in the same lines twice due to poor organization. Despite being furious at that point, within 10 minutes I was having the time of my life. No other water park comes close. Beyond the rides there are plenty of spots for chilling out, there seemed to be things that were great for very small children, and there was ample shade, which is so often lacking at these parks. You have to prepare mentally for the arduous entry, but it is definately worth the hassle and expense. Do get there early. Do buy a fast pass, and don't use the fast pass unless the line is long. Early in the day you can often get through just as quickly without it and then use it later when people get in.
Thank you very much for your review. We are sorry to hear that you had to wait a long time for the park to open and that there was confusion at the beginning. We will be more aware for the next time. On the other hand, we are glad that you had an amazing time and that you consider Siam Park the best park in the world. We hope to see you here soon. Have a great day!

Well well well. We paid in, three adults (including one 12 year old being “adult” according to price list. 42€/person.
Good idea to buy tickets in advance from the Internet, by doing so you’ll avoid the queues. “No own food or drinks allowed” so as a Finnish we are taught to obey the rules and we didn’t bring anything with us. Instead I watched many families dig their own food and drinks from their bags, one family had hod dogs wrapped into babies (clean) diapers. One family had 1 litre Perrier in their pack bag and I bought juice and soft drinks for my family for 30€!! The soft drink did not have the slightest amount of gas in it, it was awful. All the previous times we’ve been there, the bags were checked at the entrance and now they didn’t. I’ll surely bring my own food and drinks next time and I will save money. As a family member who only takes care of other family members’ stuff, the entrance fee was absolutely disgusting not to mention the drinks and food. 250€ for 3 persons/ one visit is not enough.

Firstly, struggled to get in, as we booked through our rep, got there to be told need queue to get tickets printed, queued up for half an hour to be told, no you don't you go straight through to the stand, went to the stand to be told, no you need queue for tickets to be printed, explained we had already done that to be sent here, so they eventually let us through, very busy, lots of walking between slides, not very well sign posted, massive queues, only ended up getting on 4 slides, won't be revisiting

We went there on Friday which is supposed to be one of the quietest days in a week. We queued 45 min to the Tower of Power and over an hour to the new slide I don't remember name for. They should take in action some real-time info screens for queuing time because then people could better choose whether to start queuing or not. The wave massine is great, and lunch options were cheaper than expected.

Visited on the 24th November, park really quiet, got on all of the slides before 12:30. Biggest queue was 10 minutes and other than that we walked straight on.
Can imagine how busy it gets in the summer but this is out of season so hardly anyone in there.

Buy the tickets through Attraction Tickets online - only £37 each and includes a burger which is usually €6.

I would recommend going to the main beach for their lockers as the queue was much smaller compared to the first locker point you come to on the floating island of shops.
€5 for a small locker which was big enough for a beach bag I would say. €10 deposit which you get back at the end of the day - keep the receipt as they ask for this along with the key.
You can go back as many times as you want to open the locker.

Food wasn’t expensive in the beach cafe next to wave pool, €3 slice of Pizza, €3 Fries etc they also have pasta, chicken nuggets in there too. Lots of cans of pop, beer, cider, around €3 for a Pepsi.

Recommend either wearing socks or buying a cheap pair of flipflops to leave at the bottom of the slides as the floor gets hot and is rough in some places.

You can buy their beach shoes for €10 but pointless if you already have cheap flipflops.
On the Tower of Power they make you take socks off but can leave them on for the rest.

Go for the Tower of Power and The Dragon first as these get the biggest queues as only one person goes down at a time.

Overall a great day, would definitely go again but try and avoid school holidays as it seems to be a common theme on here that it gets extremely busy and expensive if you have to buy fast passes.

Have been staying in Tenerife for years and never been to Siam Park so on our last trip we gave it a try. The range of water rides is fantastic, loads to do, plenty of places to relax and hang out away from the crowds. Will definitely be going back next time we go to Tenerife. Would advise buying the fast track pass as the only downside was waiting in long queues for the main rides. even so we had a great day out.

Nice park, very clean. Did not need a fast pass and went on all the rides with little waiting, at most 10 minutes. Signage not great but you soon find your bearings. Good day out

Had a lovely day at Siam Park, rides were thrilling and no long wait times. Many rides were 2 or 4 person only so would not recommend for solo travellers, however worked great for us visiting as a 2. We visited mid November and it was quiet but busy enough for there to be a good atmosphere, and more than warm enough for two Scottish Gals. Food was what you would expect for theme park food but was very reasonably priced. We visited from Puerto De La Cruz and the bus transfer booked through Siam Parks Website was very easy and comfortable. No complaints. Would recommend buying water shoes there or bringing your own as floors a little rough and quite hot. Life guards all very friendly and in particular life guard on lazy river pre slide was hilarious, didn’t catch his name unfortunately. Lazy river, the giant and singha are must do’s!
