Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

First thing: "Beat the Line" tickets offered by some companies, just mean - "Well done, you've booked online in advance, please come in to the park". They are not Skip the Line tickets. For these you have to upgrade for 18 Euros each. The queues for some rides are fine - even with smug "Skippers" sailing past you in their own queue - as at least they appear to move. But SOME queues... oh boy! We queued for over an hour twice for rides that, although excellent, only last 5 minutes. Watching Skippers sail past you 3 times while you're still waiting takes the mick too. There were far too many people in the park - as seen in the chaos of their version of a Lazy River - which became a log jam of rubber rings at one particularly baffling bottle neck.
Having said all that - every ride is awesome. I think the online booking companies need to add the Skip the Line tickets to their options! It's definitely the best way to enjoy the park - but what happens if EVERYONE does it?

way too overcrowded that we had to Stand in line for like an hour just to get on a single ride which lasted 40 seconds , the signage was poor as well spent ages trying to find the queue for a slide. no organisation with entrance people just pushing to get in and the exit with people just casually strolling to the front of the taxi line. Staff were just yelling at us to get through the entrance as quick as possible and yelled at us for going through the child line despite us being with a 12y old.

The slides are really great, and the fast passes do make it worthwhile but the experience is generally quite chaotic and the staff weren’t very warm and welcoming. It is very obvious there is going to be queues, especially in the peak of summer, but I really would not have done it without a fast pass (which is €18!). However, fast pass doesn’t apply for the Tower of Power (not sure why) so I didn’t get to go on it as the queue was always at or past the hour mark - would like to see this included in the fast pass when you’re paying such a premium for it. Queues were poorly managed and food bad - honourable mention goes to the hamburger I paid around €6 for which didn’t actually have a burger in it…also no member of staff around to mention this to so it could be rectified - basically ended up with a plastic cheese and tomato roll for lunch.
Unless you’re really keen on water slides and happy to pay the €18 premium, I wouldn’t recommend this!

We arrived at 9.30am park already open to allow you into the park before rides open at 10 , pre booked tickets so no queue at the gates. First thing to do do is get a locker and purchase fast pass . This is a great water park , well themed, plenty of shade and food reasonably priced. We went at a very busy time so we purchased the fast pass and glad we did managed to ride on everything so highly recommended paying the extra .

Agreed with other reviews about queuing and the chaos at the main entrance. At one point I thought there was going to be fights as people were skipping queues whilst the normal folk queued for up to an hour. One thing that alarmed me is they use your passport
to confirm ID and I seen other people were bio scanned ( finger print) for entry. Last time I checked it was a water park not a separate state! I am now Sat writing this from in the park and I will say save your money and don’t bother. Aqua land although smaller it’s more young kid friendly.

Chaos from the entry to the exit, poor staff, extremely busy and probably, also unsafe due to the no of people admitted in the park. I would not be amazed if some stupid accidents will occur given how the park is managed. There is No clarity on how to purchase fast lane tickets and finally if you manage to find out, you have to chase them from one place to another early in the morning. I surely do not recommend it to families with young children (below 1.1 m there is really almost nothing to do). I understand they have to catch up for some pandemic years, but this is not the way to do it. Basically, a waste of money (we manage to get 2 rides during 1 day due to extremely long ques) and an overall annoying experience.

We went on a Friday and arrived at 8.40 and queued outside for 20 mins. There was confusion about our tickets being from TUI as with the tickets from TUI for all excursions we booked through TUI so I would recommend getting direct from the website. There are no other prices available so it would not make a difference. Two of our family went to get loungers at the wave palace while the rest went straight to the marketplace to get fast passes. They were £15 each person and this gets you on every ride once plus one extra slide of your choice. It does not include the lazy river or tower of power. These were well worth it and we passed queues that would be otherwise an hour or so long. The longest we queued was for 10 mins max. Having fast passes enabled us to take the day at a steadier pace and go back to the lounger for the waves which started at twenty to the hour and lasted 20 mins each time. The cafe gets full at dinner time very quickly so I would recommend going just before 12. Or use the beach bar further into the wave pool which serves snacks and sandwiches. We were told Tuesday and Fridays were the quietest days due to people arriving and leaving most on these days. We visited on a Friday and went on every ride. Singha is like nothing you have experienced before and is a must! The whole family aged from 10-36 thoroughly enjoyed the day and would definitely go again.

It’s a really amazing place, but it is seriously over-crowded. The queues (even with fast-pass) are just too long. The only places we didn’t have to queue were the Mai Thai River and the Siam beach (wave pool). The rides were great fun, but queueing for 30+ mins for a 60 second thrill took some of the joy out of it. Food on site is only ok. Good experience, but we’d plan it a lot better next time. I heard afterwards that the gates open early so people can get in, get themselves settled in a spot before the rides open. Definitely would recommend this course of action.

the website siam park is really hard to get through to get the tickets. We have used 2 different card s and one of the cards were charged and we did not get any email reply or any message. The bank had sent a statement that they have taken the money. Very frustrating when you paid a big money and no response.

We really enjoyed our visit to Siam Park, we visited at night and I highly recommend booking the evening sessions as the queues were minimal. Most queues were around 15 mins, longest we queued was 45 mins and we went on pretty much all of the slides in the 4 hours that we were there. It is a fantastic water park and there are slides for all ages. Only downside is it was very busy at the end of the night when leaving and took a while to actually exit the park. We couldn’t get a taxi either as the queue for a taxi was way too long. Overall would recommend.

We went to Siam Park a couple of days ago and saw you can go back again for cheaper after your first visit. Do you just turn up on the day you want to go and show them your original ticket? Thanks

Hi, I am visiting the park at the end of august with my partner. I am pregnant and will obviously not be going on the slides, but will I be able to stand in the queues with him? And just walk myself back to the end? Thanks in advance!

You can but it’s a lot of stairs to the top of some rides and then back down going against the flow of people. Plus it may be ridiculously hot just waiting around

* L'entrée classique est à 40€/adulte.
* L'entrée Premium à 59€ donne droit au repas, une serviette et accès gratuit à un vestiaire.
* L'entrée All-in à 149€ donne droit à repas et boissons à volonté et accès rapide aux activités ( équivalent Fast pass?) sauf Tower of Power.
* L'entrée VIP à 590€ donne droit au All in pour 4 personnes + cabine VIP.

We have an open pass, if we go on the afternoon can we stay for the evening?
