Great day out
Sep 2021 • Couples
Great park with some insane rides! Screamed so much that I lost my voice (husband was happy). It’s got two beach style pools one small and the other is huge. We got a cabana for the day at 60 euros on coco beach and it was worth in. Got great shade and it was away from the crowded areas. We also spent money on the fast passes at 15 euros each and it was worth the money. You get to ride each of the big ride once using it and then you have an extra go on a ride of your choice. They sell out fast so get their early if you want one. Also the same with lockers. We waited for a locker for 20 mins some people had an hour or more waiting time. You can take your own food by the looks of it but there are good choices on the stalls. You will find just after 12:30 that the food place get rammed. Not much choice for vegetarians and nothing for vegans. There are drinks deals on and we got a bucket of carona beer for 14 euros.
Remember to bring plenty of sun screen, sun glasses and hats as it gets hot while walking around. Flip flops or water shoes are a must! It gets hot on the floor and the pavement is lumpy. There are places to leave them but it will take you a while to get back to where you left them…water shoes are better as you can leave them on.
You are required to wear a mask while walking around and on the rides. Sometimes it feels like you are being waterborded! I don’t understand why we have to wear them on the ride as they become completely useless when they are wet!
There is an issue with getting around as both is signed posted properly, maps are not great and you will find yourself going around in circles.
At around 5:30pm they sell off some of the food really cheap. We got two sandwiches for 3.50 euros that we had later with added salad. The kid next to me got coffee, pancake and cake for 6 euros.

Nice day out
Sep 2021
The experience was just OK - It is a great park, has loads of water slides from any kinda, which is good.

-Covid19: While security guards are constantly around the park asking people to put their mask on and the park seems to follow the rules in general, you can't avoid have most of the park not wearing the mask, arguing with the staff that asked them to do so and in the queues nobody maintains the distance and there is no much distance in the beach chairs, etc... If you are worry to get Covid: DO NOT GO. (This has nothing to do with the park but just the people in general).

-Staff: Meh... Nobody is friendly, nice or helpful - In fact quite the opposite.

-Food: It was actually ok for an ok price coming from abroad, but a bit more expensive for probably the locals.

- Fast Pass: We bought the fast pass as even though they are restricted capacity, they are thousands of people and it didn't make much of a difference. In most of the queues, the normal queue was going at the same pace as us - we asked why and they said that is because the rule is take one from the normal queue and one from the fast pass. Those attraction with little people, we could go straight away with the fast pass but the normal queue will go right after you, so NOT MUCH OF A DIFFERENCE.
In the slides like Volcano and Dragon, both of those the normal queues were faster than or Fast pass, as the 3 queues will lead on the top of the slide and they were taking one from normal queue, one from the other normal queue and then us.

- Tips: I know everyone wants to go to the slides right after they get in but believe me, everyone wants to do the same and it is packed! From our experience, you should:
1- Go in and go to the lockers and secure yourself a sun bed in the beach of your preference (Run!)
2- Go back to the sunbed and enjoy the beach and a coffee or any relax attraction
3- Have an early lunch
5- After lunch start heading to the attractions, highly recommend to start with those attractions further to the beach you secure your sun bed in and start to come down towards it - everyone was having lunch from 12-14hs so that is your time to go to the attractions.
After lunch people uses the beach, have a small nap, etc... so usually after lunch is less queue and quiet!

Also bring water shoes, in the park are €10 which is not much but you can find cheaper outside.

They won't let you go into the slide with your phone in your hand or pocket, flip flops, sun glasses, etc... so you would have to leave it there and come back up afterwards to pick it up. Leave it in the locker.

If you have an extra day in Tenerife, then don't make yourself crazy and instead of buying a €15 fast track, buy a €20 second day pass and come back the following day! it is much worth it.

Recommended to do it first days of vacation as after day going up and down and queuing and the sun, etc... you'll be wrecked! exhausted!

Hope this helps :)

Understandably rated as world class

Went on a Friday, with a 5 yo who is crazy about waterparks and was initially a bit apprehensive after reading about the queues and the mask requirements and the bad food. In reality, turned out to be a great day and experience.

The park is big and beautiful, lots of trees and shade and options to sit yourself down (without ridiculous extra sunbed fees like Aqualand had).

As the toddler was not keen to go on scary slides, cannot comment on the queues, but passing by they didn't look as bad as described and moved pretty fast.

Masks were required when walking around, not in pools or slides like some people are commenting here and it only seemed reasonable considering that the park was still rather busy (didn't really look like reduced capacity tbf).

Our favourite was the wave pool at Siam Beach which is huge enough to keep distance, entertaining with hourly wave sessions and generally beautiful as if on a tropical island.

Also I was impressed by the staff - lifeguards always vigilant and attentive, near all pools and attractions, so I felt that my toddler was double safe under such guard.

Worst waterpark experience ever
Sep 2021
I was in Tenerife for one week. The worst thing I have done was going to Siam Park. I simply had the worst water park experience of my life.

I went there at the beginning of September. If you are not already there an hour before they open, you have to park at the mall because the park was completely packed.

Insane Line up to get in.
1 hour wait to get a locker.

By the time you locked your stuff and ready to hit the rides, you are already fried. Waiting lines are not covered, so be ready to get baked!

1.5 hours burned off my life, then I decide to go to the rides and guess what waits for you! Another 1 hour wait!!! Its absolutely stupendous.

They do not have any marking on how far you are from the entry to the ride! No indicators and two rides. I was waiting in total for 2 hours.

And people who bought “Skip the line” are getting prio over the regular folks. Some rides have one entry, so if there are 100 people waiting at the regular line and 10 just running to the VIP line, then the 10 people will take precedence! So stupid! So imagine while you’re waiting the line could be stalled, not moving for 10 minutes because the VIP line is taking prio.

and by the way the lazy river is not lazy If I have to keep pushing myself around because I was continuously stalling.

Unless you decided to burn one day off your precious vacation time, do not go to the park! Take a trip to Mount Tiede, explore Anaga Natural park and fall in love with the beauty of the Island.

Going to Siam Park in Tenerife is like going to Mcdonalds while being on Vacay! nothing’s wrong with that, but why would you have Mcdonalds in Tenerife when Its right around the corner from your house?

I gave it only one star. For the wave pool, which I ended up spending most of my time there because the line-ups were preposterous. The experience in total actually was a disaster. If you were out of your mind and you still want to go there buy the VIP ticket, which was not clear when I booked it from the hotel!

The best day out
Sep 2021 • Couples
We arrived at 9:20 and doors opened at 9:30. This meant we had half an hour to buy fast passes, lockers, water shoes to go and find a place for our stuff before the rides opened so this is definitely a good time to arrived. We had bought tickets online so entry into the park was swift. The park is relatively quiet until around 12 with shorter ride queues so don’t use your fast passes until the afternoon. Would recommend getting the water shoes for around 9 euros as the floor gets quite hot. There are lots of unique different rides to go on so you definitely won’t get bored! And the park facilities are great. Overall Siam park definitely provides an amazing day out and is certainly worth a visit.

Queues over an hour long
Sep 2021 • Couples
Over one hour wait times for slides. Booked mid September. Bored off my head waiting in queues.
There are fast passes that can be bought but they don’t work for most of the good slides!

So much fun
Aug 2021
Excellent day out
We were all very excited to visit Siam Park and it didn't disappoint.
We visited in August and although quite busy, we didn't que for longer than 15/20mins.
Most attractions we just walked straight on.
Strange having to wear a mask on the slides but we all had fun.

Excellent waterpark
Aug 2021
Yes the queues were long, yes we should’ve bought fast passes but it was still enjoyable. Lots of family rides but not for families of 3…. Only 2s or 4s so we had to split up and join others. Seemed to be a lot of people in to say they are advertising reduced numbers. Also, you have to wear masks all the time, even on the rides!

Fast passes are a must!
Sep 2021
We arrived here early at 9:30 and went straight for the fast passes. They were such good value for money at only 15euro each and as there were only 2 of us this wasn't a huge expense.
Managed to get on most rides without using the fast pass in the morning as queues weren't too bad. Then in the afternoon we went on everything again using fast passes when queues were around 1 hour.
Some rides were for 4 people so we had to share with strangers which was annoying but some of these rides let us go as a pair so it was hit or miss really.
Mask wearing was a bit annoying especially knowing that a wet mask doesn't protect you from covid but it really wasn't too uncomfortable and we just brought plenty of spares to change masks.
Tower of power was not included on the fast pass but that was definitely worth queuing for anyway and the queue wasn't very long.
Overall would definitely recommend if you're in Tenerife!
