We took a visit to this on the way up to the caves. It’s an interesting looking structure but not as big as I imagined. There also isn’t a great place to get a picture so you have to stand wedged between the guard rail...More

You have to be careful as you drive down into town as this structure will definitely draw your eye away from the road. It’s two tone colouring and impressive architecture certainly makes for an interesting view. It can also serve as a focal point to...More

Viewed from the local road, which has a small area for parking, is easy. There does seem to be a path underneath it for a walk and some actual cave dwellers nearby (??) so you could extend a visit if you really wanted. Worth visiting...More

Beautiful and worth a look. Great history and crafmanship. If you find this 1 star terrible maybe stick to Benidorm.

Found this by accident while driving in the area. Worth stopping for a photo or a walk around. Thankfully we were here off season, as there was only about four parking spaces in a lay by on the main road.

Stopped on the road back from the Nerja caves to take a look. There's a small parking area and then you walk in between the barriers on the road to take a look. Not sign posted at all so could be easily missed. I would...More

I wish I had seen the review below from 3 days ago. We visited the aqueduct this morning and a dog jumped out of nowhere and attacked my husband. He was bitten badly on the leg and we spent a few hours at the hospital!...More

So I'm walking across this aqueduct and on the way back this guard dog sees me and starts chasing me back over the aqueduct I managed to escape. Got a quality photo though out of it.

We stopped on the road to see this on the way to the caves (the are small car parking places on the road). Very impressive and worth a quick visit.

Worth a slow drive by and look see. Its impressive in its size and scale and choice of building materials. Definitely a place to see in Nerja.

I agree with the other comments. You can walk it but under the hot sun it would be quite an ordeal. It would depend on where you are actually staying as to how far you would be from the aqueduct.
