This is the main attraction in O Sitio. It is a well maintained church with some interesting altars. The blue tiles are very pretty. It is attractive for its simplicity.

A spiritual centerpoint of this lovely cliffside town. I attended the Sunday Mass to be part of the praising community. Well-preserved Church. Inner room with Portuguese old blue tiles. A visit to Our Lady of Nazare adds spiritualness.

This is a marvelous church, so understated yet perfect. We had a spiritual feel about the who'd experience and if you enjoy old churches, then this should not be missed.

Amazing architecture and a hidden gem at the top of the mountain. Take the tram to the top and walk around the corner to the square. You can't miss it and will not regret making the short trip to the top.

A beautiful church to visit. For one Euro you can go to the back of the sanctuary area and view the wooden carving of the black Madonna breastfeeding the baby Jesus. This was believed to have come from Nazareth thus giving the town its name...More
