Stunning walks in a beautiful setting this is a must go to if you are near mullingar the jealous wall is a fabulous folly that is awesome leave a couple of hours to enjoy all the walks

probably not worth the entrance fee just to walk around a nice property but thats most places you can visit. Nice views fro the house overlooking the lake and the woods in the back of the property. nice rooms inside house.wish the upstairs was open...More

Perfect place for any kind of day, interesting walks, by the lake, great views either before or after a coffee and cake. Changing scenery and regular events. My dog and I enjoy visiting. 👣🐾👣🐾

Not the biggest or most historical of houses ... indeed it was a hunting lodge and not an ancestral home. But beautifully situated .. Enjoy a gentle stroll in the gardens, or a hefty walk around the grounds....a lovely afternoon guaranteed

Great family day out.. lovely surroundings and great walks .fantastic for family day puts. The restaurant is really handy and the lake the house and the gardens are beautiful.

Stopped for lunch en route. Coffee shop is expensive for very bog standard ingredients and mediocre food. Frustrating that you had to buy an entry ticket to use the playground having spent money in the coffee shop. Not worth the stop for lunch but grounds...More
