We have never been to anything like this before! Found the tour guide who used to work in the mines really engaging, sharing facts and stories about the work! Well worth a trip, the views from the car park were nearly worth it alone! Lovely...More

Good Afternoon it is possible to do a section of the miners way but there is quite a lot of hill walking on this walk. Walking boots would be required as it can be quite wet at times. regards Margaret

It is well worth the trip my4boys head from Carrick on Shannon its well signposted and not far enjoy :)
