Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Attending this concert with my partner, a big Andy Irvine fan. Terrific evening of music from both artists. Unfortunately my evening was upset by the seating, moreso the lack of space between seats. Seriously impacted my enjoyment of the event. Not taking away from the talent on display. Andy was good enough to sign some cds for my partner.

I recently attended a show, seating up close with the stage giving it a real close interaction with the performers. Easy access to the building. Reception and seating area, nicely laid out. Staff very helpful. Only down side is that the seating is very tight.other than that well worth a visit for a show.

Riverbank offers such a variety of events, there’s always something to suit somebody. The staff are *so* friendly and they make wonderful efforts with costumes and decor for special occasions! I just love the cinema choices each season, and the theatre and live shows are always worth the trip. Great coffee in the café with lovely staff. Thumbs up all round !!

This used to be one of my favourite places to while away a hour or so especially during the winter. However since Starbucks wheedled their way in to the coffee shop I only go to events and forego drinks.

This is an excellent venue for a show - it's so intimate- you are up close and personal with the performers. Saw Des Bishop and Little Green Cars here. We will definitely be back.
PS The cappuccino at cafe is pretty good!

This is a nice little venue with a variety of offerings. I prefer live comedy although it has very "artsy" films, not always a great hit the films. Theatre offerings usually better.

The Movie was great as was the audience which was mainly Defence Force Personnel, Serving or Veterans and Families. There needs to be more seating in the Cafe and maybe some variety of foods, i think it would attract people to go back a second time.

the Riverbank is a lovely venue for a play or a intimate reading or concert. it has a fine stage that is within reach of the audience. The other rooms are bright and airy and there is a café upstairs at the venue. The café is expensive enough for a cup of coffee or for a small bottle of water,
we have been to a local school play here that was a big production for them and it was fabulous seeing it in this venue. You felt like you were part of the show rather then being at it. Good venue.
