Only the ground floor is accessible and it's not buggy friendly either. Plenty of information on the signs about the history of the house and its restoration. Highlight is the gardens and especially the walled garden.

On the whole you get what you pay for it was 5 Euro to enter and the gardens are very nice indeed , the building though we found a bit disappointing , not too much to see inside but overall ok.

Outstanding grounds and garden. Great example of an Irish Castle but the inside was damaged by fire many years ago and it is not fully restored. But you can see many structural aspects that are of interest. The history is wonderful!

Did a visit here yesterday. Found the lady on reception to be very knowledgeable and interesting. Although the castle itself has only the ground floor open as an information hall, I really enjoyed the walled garden.
