First we have thought why we need to pay in the entrance (10 eur/per person), but lately understand it. Very beautiful view, fantastic feelings to see all the beauty of valley. Highly recommend to visit this place and enjoy the nature.

A small walk through the forest and you will reach the Cloef, a view point. The view of the Saarschleife is fantastic and a must-see in this region.

It was inNovember 2017 at 8 am. Wanted to see the sunrise, unfortunately or fortunately it was drizzling. But a breathtaking experience. Went down the hill and returned. It was a bit of a slippery path, but found the right balance and faced the fear!...More

It's a long walk up (no stairs...) but the view is worthwhile. The whole contraption is, however, very much of an eyesore when looking at it from the valley. And there seems to be several of these things around Germany...

There is a very big parking in front of the park. From there it is easy to walk onto the viewing tower. There is a hotel also and several terraces, but not sure how long the park stays open, definitively until 21:00 hours
