Good local wine, went for the wine tasting. After doing the easing realized we could have just asked for a teste of one or two wines, and then just bought a glass of wine for less than tasting 3 sips of wine.

Suggest you check directly with the winery to see if they will do a special winery tour for you. Their primary focus is tastings and retail sales.
