Come and join us at Diamante Falls!

After an invigorating hike up the mountain, and a dip in one of the natural pools, you will enjoy lunch in an amazing open air cave nestled between twin waterfalls perched high above the Diamante.

We offer several tours to the top of the mountain, including hiking, both beginner and advanced rappelling, canyoning, cliff jumping and swimming in magnificent natural pools beneath the falls. We offer one day and overnight tours with accommodations in the cave.

We also offer tours to Baru falls. This tour is set atop beautiful waterfalls ranging from 60 to 120ft. Once at the falls, you are first trained on how to properly and safely rappel on a small training hill. After completion of this training, you begin your exciting 120 ft rappel down the face side of Baru Falls. Once you complete the rappel, there is a short hike to a spectacular viewpoint at the bottom of both waterfalls where there is a large natural 20ft deep swimming hole. You then have the option to engage in a variety of activities listed below. The objective of this adventure tour is actually dual purpose. Firstly, to face the challenge of walking over the face of a cliff. And secondly, we have found that many participants also experience a deeper faith through this symbolic step. For many, this can lead to a joyful breakthrough in growth.

The hike up to the caves was very strenuous for my fiance and I (we are not in the best shape), however we were able to complete it. On your way up you will visit a garden where you can try the different vegetables that they grow while the guide explains the different uses and history of them. Then you... More

This experience was the highlight of our trip to Costa Rica. The hike was challenging and provided my entire family (3 teenagers) with a sense of accomplishment. I celebrated my 50th birthday-and am grateful to be able to make the climb. The views were magical - both along the way and at the top. An abundance of plants, flowers, ,... More

I wish it'll take a little less time to get there by walking, since we have to walk so much we were really tired, and once we got to the waterfall, we too tired to enjoy the waterfalls at its fullest. And the only ways to get there faster, it's quite expensive (horseback riding or special car ride). But besides... More

This set of waterfalls is up the road towards San Isidro from the more-visited Nauyaca waterfalls, and does not have the option of riding in on horseback, but is very much worth the hike. There are several options for seeing the falls - one-day-in-and-out vs. overnight stay; and hiking with or without rappelling down the falls. We chose the one-day,... More

This excursion made our trip to Costa Rica complete only a few days in on a 13 day trip. The time behind the falls was magical and almost dreamlike. Falling asleep to the sights and sounds of a thunder storm was like nothing we ever experienced before. Hiking to and swimming at the base of the upper falls was AMAZING!!!... More

I did this trip with my teenage children. We walked up to Diamante Falls and camped there over night. We were the only people that day.. Just the 5 of us. We were cared for by Lucia and Pablos. They told us about the trees and animals as we walked to the falls. They took us around the garden part... More

Our hike today was so much more than an adventure. It will always be a treasured memory for our family that began as a hike to a waterfall, but ended up being an amazing journey with two guides that treated us as family. The splendor of the scenery on our hike which included breathtaking mountain views of the lush countryside... More

My husband and I did a night in the cave along with the rappelling and cliff jumping. It was the best part of the trip, my husband wanted to stay the whole week. No bugs got to us, and sleeping behind the waterfall is amazing.
