About Jagan Narayan Temple
There is nothing now. It is a destroyed ancient temple. It is now under renovation. Hope to see a recovered one.
This is an amazing site and only one small part of the huge Durbar Marg. To see itall you need several hours but it is really worth it to immerse yourself in the local culture and religion. A truly wonderful experience.
The temple is completely destroyed by earthquake. Said to be one of the oldest temple in the durbar square, though just ruins remaining.
It was a beautiful temple, but the earthquake completely destroyed it. Sadly, there's nothing but rubble left.
One of the oldest temple in Patan's Darbar square. It was a single storey brick structure and was devastated by the earthquake. All that is visible is the plinth.
Jagan Narayan Mandir is possibly the the oldest temple in Patan's Darbar Square, thought to be built in the 16th century. It was built of bricks and was 1 story high. The temple is completely flattened except for the basal plinth!
Among many best temples in Kathmandu valley this is another.a pagoda style 17th century temple dedicated to lord vishnu !!!
Is a tall imposing temple of lord vishnu in red brick with many fine images of stone and an artictic metal statue of Garuda in a stone illar right in front
